    • Additionally, they wanted to validate customer challenges and strategic goals in Cardiology service line to confirm strategic priorities' that are currently being executed for integrated product development and to ensure that the win rates are aligned with customer expectations.

    Our Approach

    • 60 mins Qualitative TDIs and 20 mins Quantitative Online surveys with Cardiologists, EPs, Radiologist, Interventional Cardiologists (ICs), and Head of Cardiology/EP/IC in the US, UK, France, and Germany who are present at all checkpoints of cardiology care pathway
    The Objectives

    The Objectives

    • To identify challenges in optimal patient care journey and care pathway for Cardiology service line.
    • To evaluate current and future trends in the diagnostic and treatment technologies used in Cardiology practice areas (including CAD, SHD, and Arrhythmia).
    • To identify the key unmet needs for Cardiology departments and examine the strategic goals for Cardiology departments in the next 2 years.
    Project Outcomes

    Solution/Outcome

    • We identified the care pathway for a Cardiac patient using Cetas HC’s standard 5Ps framework including Provider, Patient, Physician, Payor, and Policy.
    • We evaluated the unmet needs and barriers in the Cardiology care pathway.
    • We identified the key factors driving the usage and preference of different technologies involved in diagnosis and treatment .
    • We determined the key areas for future investments at different steps of Cardiology patient care journey.
    • We understood the degree of adherence to the established guidelines and its impact of the diagnosis and treatment protocols.
