    • 2-phased approach :​ Combination of Qualitative Research (Phase 1- 60 mins telephonic interviews) and Quantitative Research (Phase 2- Online survey) with the Head of the Medical Oncology Dept, Head of Radiation Oncology Dept, and Clinicians (Pneumologist/ Pulmonologist, Lung cancer specialist)

    Solution/Outcome

    • In-depth interviews with Lung cancer care stakeholders and robust desk research (on understanding the current cancer management guidelines) helped us to create the current patient care pathway (in a detailed manner) for Lung Cancer in the US and EU.
    • The research insights also helped us to identify the unmet needs and challenges encountered during the entire journey of lung cancer care.
    • We were also able to understand the current and future trends in different stages of lung cancer care pathways (screening, diagnosis/staging, treatment, and follow-up/monitoring). We were also able to gauge the customer’s priorities for upcoming investments.
    • The key findings and robust insights derived from the research helped to identify the opportunity areas for our client in terms of digital IT-related solutions and update their long-term strategies in the lung cancer care area.
