This was the year of Foundation – when Cetas Healthcare came into existence. We started from Singapore and Bangalore with only 2 people. We bagged our first big project within 1st month with a leading MedTech company.
During this period, we continued working with big MedTech clients in the APAC region.. With a small team of 6 members, we had successfully positioned ourselves as APAC experts. We delivered numerous high-profile products and supported many crucial product launches during this time.
This is the period we started making headway towards our global presence. We started getting projects from the global HQs of major MedTech companies in the USA and Europe. By the end of 2016, we more than doubled in size and have grown to 15+ people.
This is the period where we started preparing for the upcoming transition from a boutique research agency to a global Mid-Size company. We invested heavily on upskilling and improving processes. We focused significantly on consistently delivering high-quality... insights to our clients projects after projects. We won many big brand contracts and signed MSA with them to provide quality services for their new launches in different geographies.
We attracted talents from big companies as we had the vision to be the largest MedTech and diagnostic research company in the world. We have grown to 40 + team members
Our growth continues despite the COVID impact. We became a preferred partner for big companies like – GECH, Karl Storz, Boston Scientific, B Braun, Align, Cytvia, and many more
In May 2022, we reopened our new Mumbai office and after 2.5 years of lockdown,... we realized that we have grown significantly to almost 80+ team members now. Our continued quality delivery resulted in us a 100% client retention rate.
